About ordering

I placed an order, but I haven't received an email. What should i do?

Can I change the payment method after ordering?
The payment method cannot be changed after the order is completed, so please be sure to check when ordering.
Can I order by phone or fax?
We do not accept orders by phone or fax. We only accept online orders.
I want to order a lot of products.
If the number of items that can be shipped per order exceeds the number of items that can be shipped in one order as stated in the shipping policy, please either divide your order into multiple orders or contact us. We will contact you separately regarding shipping charges and how to order.

About delivery

Which shipping company will I use? Also, when will the product be shipped?
We will ship the item using DHL Express. The tracking number for your package will be provided in the shipping notification email.
Shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and usually ships within 7 business days from the date of order.
*If the shipping date falls on a public holiday, the item will be shipped the next business day.
*This may not apply during consecutive holidays, etc.

What happens if my luggage is lost or damaged?

Return / Exchange

Is it possible to return or exchange the product after receiving it?
If you would like to return an ordered product, we will only accept returns or exchanges if the delivered product is defective, at our expense.
We inspect the products when they arrive and strive to send out good quality products, but if by any chance the product is initially defective, please contact us here.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
