Refund policy
We will return or exchange the ordered product at our expense only if the delivered product is defective.
We inspect the product when it arrives and try to send it as a non-defective product. However, if it is an initial defective product, please contact us from here .
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
1. If you contact us more than 10 days after the product arrives
2. Opened (inner bag) product
3. If the customer scratches or stains
4. If there is no box at the time of mailing
5. For products that state that they cannot be returned on the product page
