About ordering
- I placed an order, but I haven't received an email. What should i do?
- Your order may not have been completed correctly, or your email address may be incorrect. Depending on your e-mail settings, e-mails from this site may be sorted to the "junk mail folder". If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your junk e-mail folder.
- Can I change the payment method after ordering?
- The payment method cannot be changed after the order is completed, so please be sure to check when ordering.
About delivery
- Which is the shipping company? Also, when will the product be shipped?
- We will ship the item by Kuroneko Yamato. The tracking number of the package will be included in the product shipping notification email.
The shipping date is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and we usually ship within 2 to 3 business days from your order.
* If the shipping date is a national holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.
* This may not be the case, such as consecutive holidays.
* We will contact you by e-mail when the product shipment is completed, but if the delivery is crowded, the delivery completion e-mail may be delayed or we may not be able to send it. Please note that it will be done.
Return / Exchange
- Is it possible to return or exchange the product after it arrives?
- We will only return or exchange the ordered product if the delivered product is defective, at our expense.
We inspect the products when they arrive and try to send them non-defective products. However, if the product is initially defective, please contact us from here.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
